Our sheet pan pizzas are cut into 40 3”x3” slices, feeding 8-10 people. We built our sheet pan pizzas in halves which means each sheet can offer two types.

    • House-made BBQ sauce, roasted chicken, organic mushrooms, aged cheddar, red onion & mozza

    • Black Forest ham, mozza, aged cheddar & red onion

  • The Romano (v)

    • Garlic oil, roma tomato, green pepper, roasted garlic, sea salt, asiago & mozza.

  • Honey Rosemary (v)

    • Bechamel base, roasted garlic, fresh rosemary, parmasan reggiano, mozza & honey drizzle ...add chicken $3 per 1/4 sheet.

  • Capi & Red Onion

    • Red sauce, capicolli, thinly sliced red onion & mozza.

  • Greek Mediterranean (v)

    • Red sauce, roma tomato, green pepper, black olives, red onions, oregano, sea salt, mozza & feta ...add chicken $3 per 1/4 sheet.

  • Five Cheese (v)

    • Red sauce, mozza, aged cheddar, feta, asiago & parmesan reggiano.

  • Mild Pepperoni

    • Red sauce, large cut mild pepperoni & mozza.

  • Plain Cheese (v)

    • Red sauce, mozza & cheddar.

Groups of 21 or more may choose two (2) salads

  • Mixed Garden Salad

    • Mixed greens, fresh basil, grated carrot, tomatoes, feta, house-made balsamic dressing.

  • Caesar Salad

    • Romaine lettuce, house-made croutons, parmesan reggiano & house-made creamy caesar dressing.

CATERING FAQ’s

  • Not at this time.

  • We accept cash, cheque, MC, Visa, Amex, debit, etc.

  • Payment is due at the time of pick up.

  • We do not issue invoices; however, our Point-of-Sale will provide you with both a transaction receipt and an itemized receipt for business expenses.

  • We will accommodate woodfire cater orders to a maximum of eight (8) people. Woodfire menu prices apply.

Catering Policy

We require a minimum 24hrs notice for all cater orders.

For orders over $700, a minimum gratuity of 15% will be added to the order. This is due to additional staffing required.

Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the full cost of the confirmed booking.
